TALKS BY MEMBERS.
Two ten minute talks by club members were given at the weekly meeting of the Masterton Y.M.C.A. Optimist Club last night. The speakers were Optimists J. Duckworth and A. Handyside, and their subjects were “Marlborough Sounds” and “Pacifism,” respectively. There was a good attendance. »
The speaker next week will be Mr Harry Hall, who will give a talk on “The Lighter Side of Theatrical Life.”
