“MAD . ABOUT MUSIC.” That magnificent picture, “Mad About Music,” which portrays Deanna Durbin, is being shown at the Regent Theatre. Associated with her are Herbert Marshall, Arthur Teacher and Gail Patrick. The producers of “Mad About Music” have boldly thrown Deanna into a story that demands the utmost in acting talent, and 15-year-old Deanna handles the difficult assignment with ease and assurance. An excellent supporting programme makes an altogether outstanding evening’s entertainment. The box plan is now at the Regent only (’phone 2303). The season of this fine picture — which is undoubtedly Deanna Durbin’s greatest—has been extended to run the whole week, and therefore, the final screening will not be until next Friday at 7.45. There is also a matinee tomorrow at 2.15.
