ECONOMIC DEPRESSION
STUDY BY LEAGUE OF NATIONS COMMITTEE. MUCH INFORMATION IN HAND. (British Official Wireless.) (Recd This Day, 12.27 p.m.) GENEVA, July 3. A committee appointed to study the problem of economic depression is holding its first session. Much information has been collected, including replies from various governments to a questionnaire on steps recently taken to relieve the economic crisis. The committee intends not to make a general theoretical report, but to treat practical problems of international interest raised in the material already collected.
