BILLIARDS AND SNOOKER
Y.M.C.A. CUP GAMES. CATHOLIC CLUB v. DANIELL’S. Billiards and snooker games in . the Y.M.C.A. Cup competition were continued last night, when the Catholic Club and Daniell’s teams met. The Catholic Club won all five games in the billiards section, but in the snooker Daniell’s secured three games to their opponents two. The details are as follow, the Catholic Club players being mentioned first in each instance: —Billiards: J. Moynahan beat J. Dew; H. Keen beat F. Watson; M. Remini beat W. Reid; F. Dwyer beat H. Slight; L. Rees beat S. Alan. Snooker: J. Moynahan beat J. Dew; H. Keen lost to F. Watson; M. Remini lost to W. Reid; F. Dwyer beat H. Slight; L. Rees lost to S. Alan. On Tuesday next Pioneers will play Y.M.C.A. B and on the following Thursday Post Office will meet Y.M.C.A. A.
