PASSENGER FLIGHT WITHOUT PLANE CERTIFICATE.

(By Telegraph—Press Association.) INVERCARGILL. June 29.

In the Magistrates’ Court today, Arthur John Bradshaw was convicted and fined £l5 and costs IGs plus expenses amounting to £6 19s for (lying a pas-senger-carrying plane which had not within 24 hours been inspected and certified as safe for flight. He was convicted and discharged for failing to satisfy himself before a passenger flight that the appropriate examination certificate had been completed.
