ELDERLY WOMAN SERIOUSLY INJURED.

(By Telegraph—Press Association). PALMERSTON N„ June 29. Presumed to have fallen from her bed last night, an elderly woman resident of Palmerston North, Miss McGrath, aged 83, was taken to the Palmerston North Hospital this morning suffering from shock and injuries. She is on the dangerously ill list, and inquiries are being made for her relai ives.

It is understood that Miss McGrath spent part of last night and most of this morning on the floor of her bedroom before she was discovered.
