GIFT EVENING
BRIDE-TO-BE HONOURED. The friends of Miss Isobel Cooper, whose marriage will take place on July 2, gave a very delightful “gift evening” in her honour in the Gladstone Hall on Thursday. Miss Cooper received many beautiful and useful gifts, and a happy time, which was spent in dancing, was brought to a close, by the singing of “Auld Lang Syne.” ■
