LAST INSERTION

USED CAR COMPETITION. SIXTY GALLONS OF PETROL AS PRIZES. Today sees the publication of the last of the Used Car advertisements inserted by Messrs Fagan Motors Ltd, and Gordon Hughan Ltd. So now collect all the 12 advertisements which have appeared daily on the back of the "Times-Age” since Monday, June 13. From each advertisement select one word, making in all a 12-word sentence describing the “R and G" Used Car plan described in full in our issue of June 13 and various aspects of which have been the subject of the different advertisements inserted by these Ford Dealers. Post the completed sentence to "Competition." c/o "Times-Age.” Masterton. before Friday, July 1. For the best sentence submitted an order for 40 gallons of petrol will be awarded and an order for 20 gallons of petrol will form the second prize. If you have not managed to collect all 12 advertisements you may still enter with 6 advertisements. Each advertisement appeared twice —two days in succession—commencing Monday. June 13. So if you have collected a copy of each of those six changes, you may still compose you sentence by choosing two words from each change of advertisement. Ring 1646 Masterton. “Times-Age," if you require any further details and remember to submit your sentence before Friday, July 1. Back numbers of the "Times-Age" may be obtained from the Masterton office or from any agent through the district. The competition will be judged by the editor of the "Times-Age,” whose decision will be final. No employee of the "Times-Age” Co.. Ltd., Fagan Motors Ltd., or Gordon Hughan Ltd., is eligible to compete.
