ESPIONAGE INVESTIGATION IN U.S.A. ' HEARING AT BEGINNING OF AUGUST. WARRANTS ISSUED FOR OTHERS AS GESTURE. (Recd This Day, 10.45 a.m.) NEW YORK, June 22. Rumrich Hofmann and Glaser Voss have been arraigned and have pleaded not guilty. The trial is scheduled "for August 1. Bail was fixed at 25,000 dollars. Bench warrants, issued for fourteen others, are regarded only as a gesture.
