REFERENCE TO MR SAVAGE’S SPEECH. QUESTION IN THE HOUSE OF COMMONS. (Recd This Day, noon.) LONDON, June 21. In the House of Commons the Secretary of State for the Dominions, Lord Stanley, told Mr G. Le M. Mander (Lib. E. Wolverhampton) that he was placing in the library, when it was available, a full report of Mr Savage’s speech of June 2. Mr Mander: “Will you convey to Cabinet Mr Savage’s idea that he would not begin with the conscription of flesh and blood?” Lord Stanley: "That raises another matter.”
