HEALTH CAMP CONCERT

An excellent programme is to be presented at the Opera House tomorrow night by the Health Camp Concert Party. There will be a complete change of programme compared with that of last month. The new performers will be Miss Adeline Burnitt and her party of dancers, from Wellington; Mrs J. Moss, Walter Johansen, William McMichael, Miss Hazel Lock’s pupils in a tap ballet dance, and Rex and Ross Riley with D. Wellington. Mr. Frank Pool’s Blue River Orchestra will open the programme with three numbers. Miss Valmia Price and little Noeline Graham will present new dances. The Hamua Glee Party will provide several popular numbers. The clever little trick dog “Teddy” will be introduced by Mr Sid Gerrand, and Mr Harry Hall will provide a number of character songs and stories. A unique item will be rendered by Mrs Evelyn Oliver. She will be accompanied by four guitars with a chorus by four Maori maidens.

As the programme is a lengthy one. patrons are requested to be seated before eight o’clock as a punctual start will be made. Doors will be open at 7.30 p.m.
