FIRST LAMB

The first lamb of the season reported in the Wairarapa appeared yesterday oi; the property of Mr T. M. Kerins, Akpra. This first lamb was not unusually early, said Mr Kerins. Four years ago there were 30 lambs on his farm by June 20 and he was able to sell them as 35-pounders immediately the freezing works opened.
