General situation: Pressure is relatively low over the whole Dominion; the advance of an intense anti-cyclone from south-eastern Australia has been retarded by the formation of a secondary depression which is now moving on the southern extremity of the Dominion.. Forecast: Light to moderate northerly winds predominating, backing by tomorrow morning to strong south-westerly. Weather, overcast with intermittent rain. Temperatures becoming cold tomorrow.
