RUSSIA ASKS JAPAN TO DESIST EMPEROR CONFERS DECORATIONS ON ITALIANS (Recd This Day, 9.25 a.m.) TOKIO, June 17. The Russian Charge D’Affaires has requested Japan to cease bombings in China.
