MASTERTON CLUB. TROPHY WON BY H. PRESTON. The Masterton Club held their weekly competition shoot last evening, when the scores were not up to the usual standard. H. Preston won the trophy for this week and in the shoot off for last week’s competition P. Russell proved the winner. The following are the top scores: —L. Renall, 99; J. Duckett, D. P. Donald. INTER CLUB FIXTURES LEADING TEAMS TO MEET Next week will mark the commencement of the second round in the Wairarapa inter-club fixtures. The two leading teams, South Featherston and Masterton meet on Monday evening on the former's range. Much interest is being displayed by miniature enthusiasts throughout the district on the result of this match, as the winning team, will no doubt, secure both th elnter-Club and Pragnell Shields. The Masterton teams are as follow: —-A Team, R. Russell, D. P. Donald, H. V. Donald, Mrs King, Hope Cross, R. V. Mason, H. K. Smith, H. King, L. Renall and J. W. Curton. B team, B. R. Jenkins, V. E. Donald, Mrs Henderergencies: Miss Dixon and Miss Grey, son, F. Seward, B. Summers. Emergencies: Miss Dixon and Miss Grey. Members are to be at the P.O. at 6.45 p,m., and any member not available is asked to communicate with the secretary.
