For the Debutante In the windows of the Olive Powell Gown Salon there is being shown a debutante frock of white stiffened net over taffeta . . . the neck line is heart-shap-ed and the sleeves puff . . . there are 9 yards in the skirt, over which is dotted dozens of dainty flowers. Also showing, suitable for the chaperone, is an O.S. frock of clover lace. Orders are taken for these Frocks, which are made on the Premises.
