RETAIL PRICES IN LONDON. AVERAGE FOR MAY. The New Zealand Meat Producers Board has been advised by its London Office, that the. following retail prices were being quoted for New Zealand lamb and mutton retailed in London during May, 1'938. These prices represent a fair average of the prices quoted by the better class shops in London for the best quality of New Zealand lamb and mutton: — New Zealand lambs: Legs 12d per lb; shoulders lid per lb, loins lid per lb; necks, Cd per lb; breasts 3d per lb; forequarters BJd per lb; hindquarters lid per lb. New Zealand wethers. —Legs 9'd per lb; shoulders 84d per lb; loins 81d per lb; necks 3d per lb; breasts 2d per lb.
