TODAY’S CIVIL BUSINESS.
Judgment for plaintiff by default was given in the following civil cases by Mr H. P. Lawry, S.M., in the Masterton Magistrate’s Court today:—
Basil Peter Colvin v. R. L. Manihera, claim £4, costs £1 9s 6d; G. Malmo Ltd. v. H. McGuinnes, claim £2l 16s 2d. costs £4 3s 6d; R. Webber v. H. McGuinnes, claim £l4 17s Gd. costs £2 16s; G. Malmo Ltd. v. C. B. Cox, claim £l9 Ils Bd, costs £2 15s. In a defended case, Duncan McLaren, for whom Mr G. D. Wilson appeared, versus Leslie Henry Jones and W. Williams (Mr C. C. Marsack) claim for possession of a dog or £25. judgment was given for defendant, with costs £3 3s.
