PARENTS’ ASSOCIATION.
ARRANGEMENTS FOR ANNUAL BALL. At a meeting of the Wairarapa College Parents’ Association last night various matters in connection with the ball were were discussed. Committees were formed and an elaborate scheme of decoration, with the college colours predominating, was decided upon. The principal committee consists of Mesdames Hancox. Denbee, Masters, Prior. Towns, Dickel, Mackay, McKenzie, Judd, Whyte. Jones, Thomas and Pither, and Messrs Hancox, Mackay. Dickel, McGregor, Hair. O. Jones, A. W. McKenzie, Tooby, Daniell, Masters and Towns. A committee was appointed to take charge of the supper, and arrangements were made for the music for the ball.
It was reported that there would be a number of debutantes presented at the ball.
It was announced that invitations and other information concerning the ball could be obtained from Mr A. J. Towns (telephone 2324).
