The “Telegraph’s” Berlin c'orres pondent says Herr Hess (Herr Hitler’s representative), addressing Ste ttin Nazis, violently attacked Czechoslovakia and warned the world that Germany’s patience was nearly exhausted He added that Czechoslovakia could not maintain law within her frontiers, where a virtual state of war existed, nor protect the lives of citizens. She was a menace to Europe.
