Fantham & Company for a licence to sell (retail) motor-spirit from their premises in Bannister Street. Masterton. Any person who considers he will be materialy affected by the decisions of the Bureau in respect of this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than June 23, 1938. All representations must set out clearly the grounds for same, and include a statement showing the gallonage throughput of petrol sold and the nature of the business conducted by the person making the representations. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mauriceville County Council has resolved that the roads mentioned in the Schedule hereto, while fit for heavy traffic up to the weight set opposite thereto, shall be unfit for heavy traffic exceeding such weight for a period commencing June 1, 1938, and ending the 30th day of September, 1938, AND , THE COUNCIL HEREBY ORDERS that heavy, traffic in excess of the said weights shall cease upon the said roads during the period aforesaid, and the Council further directs that the said order shall be notified as required by Clause 14 of the Wairarapa Counties’ Joint By-Law Amendment By-Law, 1931.
