(Recd This Day, 11.55 a.m.) PARIS, June 10. “The international situation is dramatically serious,” declared M. Daladier, when urging the Chamber’s Finance Committee to ensure monetary stability. He added: “If you wreck our finances, I cannot guarantee our alliances and friendships. Three weeks ago we were a few centimetres from war. The situation has cleared up, but any sign of French internal weakness will produce fresh troubles.”
