DECISION TO STAND.
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND. June 10.
The appeal of the jockey, J. Mclnally, against his suspension for two months by the judicial committee of the Franklin Racing Club on May 7, was further considered by the Auckland District Committee, and ..the suspension was confirmed.
The suspension was imposed upon Mclnally on May 7, when the judicial committee of the Franklin Racing Chib considered him guilty of careless riding in the Harrisville Hack Handicap, in that he crossed Gay Streak on Vaalso, who ran second to Barrister. The judicial committee also reversed the placings of Vaalso and Gay Steak. Mclnally lodged an appeal with the Auckland District Committee, and the matter was referred back to the judicial committee of the Franklin Racing Club, which confirmed its original decision.
