FRAUD CHARGES
ARRESTED MEN'REMANDED IN SYDNEY.
SYDNEY, June 9.
Eric Campbell, aged 45, solicitor and former leader of the' New Guard, Brigadier-General Herbert William Lloyd, aged 54, member for Mosman in the Legislative Assembly, and Richard Arthur Duesbury, accountant, who were arrested yesterday on a charge of conspiracy to defraud, appeared in the City Court today and were remanded till June 28.
