APPEAL TO PRIVY COUNCIL ABANDONED.
OTTAWA, June 8.
Alberta has notified the Dominion Government that it is abandoning the Privy Council appeal against the decision of the Supreme Court of Canada disallowing three Social Credit Acts—the Press Control, Bank Taxation and Bank Licensing Acts.
