CANADIAN NEGOTIATIONS WITH U.S.A. OTTAWA, June 8. The Minister of Finance (the Hon C. Dunning) announced that the* Budget would be presented in a week’s time without a trade treaty between the United’States and Canada. It is understood that Parliament will adjourn shortly in favour of an autumn session to ratify the pact.
