Time, 3.47. MANGERE HANDICAP, 3.5 class ljm. Second Division. 6/7 Gold Circle, scr. (Broughton) .... 1 3/2 Stargum, scr. (Williams) 2 4/3 Militia, scr. (Goodall) 3 Scratched: Axminster, Concliff Maid, Red Spinner, Peter Smith, Wall Street, Worthy Quest, Roma Girl. Won by eight lengths, with Militia three lengths away. Time, 2.56 2-5. JUNE HANDICAP, 3.38 class, IJm. 4/4 Forest Jewel, 24yds. (August) 1 3/3 Ratepayer, scr. (McMillan) 2 9/8 Tommy McElwyn, scr (McKenzie) 3 Scratched: Equipoise, Kewpie’s Queen, Tagua.
