MASTERTON STOCK SALE

DEFINITE DROP IN FAT SHEEP PRICES. POOR RESPONSE AND MANY PASSINGS. There was a definite drop in prices for fat sheep at.the weekly Masterton stock sale this morning. The poolresponse to the auctioneer's call resulted in many pens being passed. Fat ewes brought about 14s to 22s and fat wethers about 245. Heavy fat lambs were selling at about 20s to 245. There was a fair attendance of buyers.
