LORD ROTHSCHILD’S TRIBUTE. (British- Official Wireless.) RUGBY, May 31. i Speaking in Manchester of the persecution of his co-religionists in many parts of Europe, Lord Rothschild paid a tribute to Britain for the just and generous treatment which all subjects of the King enjoyed, irrespective of race or religion. He declared there were few countries where all citizens without distinction had the same liberties, rights and sense of security to the extent they had in England.
