SEQUEL IN COURT. THREE MEN CHARGED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) PALMERSTON N„ This Day. As a sequel to the disappearance of a safe from the premises of Messrs J. L. Bennet and Company, auctioneers, on a recent night, Edward Charles Young, aged 44, Maurice Lucinsky, aged 23, and Thomas John Lucinsky, aged 31, were charged in the Magistrate's Court here today with the theft of a safe and contents to a 'total value of £255, and were remanded till June 7.
