The Prague correspondent of “The Times" says the military authorities have begun to discharge a number of the reservists recently called up and military establishments in the frontier districts have been reduced. The Government has informed Berlin that the alleged trespass by aircraft in German territory will be strictly investigated. Any pilot convicted will be severely punished.
