REPRESENTATIVE RUGBY
BAY TEAM TO PLAY WAIRARAPA (By Telegraph—Press Association.) NAPIER, May 31. Mr N. A. McKenzie, sole selector of the Hawke’s Bay Rugby Union, has announced the team to represent Hawke’s Bay in the annual King’s Birthday representative Rugby football match against Wairarapa. Four new names appear in the team, R. Fox, formerly of Silverstream College, Wellington, R. H. Ward, Southland and South Island representative last year, J. Murray, Te Aute, and J. Baltimore, Technical Old Boys. A feature of the pack is that it contains four All Blacks and a North Island representative. The team is as follows: Full-back, M. M. Dyer; three-quarters, R. Fox, J. Murray, E. G. Apsey; five-eighths, C. M. Le Quesne, L. Bradley; halfback, L. S. Clothier (captain); back row, C. Wilson; middle row, R. Ward, A. Bowman, S. Reid, J. O'Brien; front row, J. Baltimore, D. Dalton, E. Jackson (vice-captain). Emergencies: Backs, R. Devine and S. Moss; forwards, H. Fraser.
