BOROUGH & COUNTY PERMITS. Ten building permits of a total value of £4262 14s were issued by the Masterton Borough Council during May. Included in the total were permits for three new dwellings. In May of last year, 11 permits were issued, of a total value of £8456. New business premises of a value of £4569 were included in that total. The Masterton County Council issued two building permits in May this year. Their total value was £l6OO.
