AMERICAN MOTOR MAGNATES INDICTED. SOUTH BEND (Indiana), May 28. A grand jury indicted 8G executives of Ford General Motors. Chrysler and affiliated finance companies on alleged violation of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act. The grand jury, after evidence of 150 witnesses, returned three indictments charging manufacturers with Violation of the anti-trust laws, through coercion of automobile dealers and discrimination againts independent finance companies. Edsel Ford, Alfred Sloan and Walter Chrysler are among those indicted.
