Mrs Norman Boyne, Carterton, has returned after spending two months in Sydney. Mrs Downes, of Christchurch, is on a visit to her parents, Mr and Mrs N. J. Bennington, Masterton. Miss Marjorie Bloxam, Featherston, is the guest of her aunt, Mrs Mervyn Stevenson, Weston Road, Christchurch. Miss C. Petersen, of Essex Street, Masterton, who is to be married this week, has been the guest at a number of parties in her honour. Mrs F. Davies, who has been the guest of Mrs J. Caldwell, Hessey Street, Masterton, has returned to her home in Hawera.
Miss Betty Renner, of the Wellington Training College, has returned after having spent the vacation with her parents, Mr and Mrs J. Renner, Renall Street, Masterton. ' Mr and Mrs J. Lindsay, Wellington, who have been the guests of Mrs Norman Boyne, Carterton, will leave tonight for the South Island, where-they will visit relatives.
