DAIRY FARMING
MASSEY COLLEGE COURSE. A short course in dairy-farming has been designed by Massey Agricultural College, to provide a popular series of lectures, discussions and demonstrations on some of the more important problems of dairy farming, and on the most recent advances in farming practice. The length of the course does not permit of all phases of dairy farming being dealt with but there have been selected a number of subjects which are known to interest farmers greatly at the present time and from discussions on which it is confidently believed that those attending will derive much benefit. In the main the lectures and demonstrations will be given by members of the college staff but these will be supplemented by others given by Dr H. E. Annett, Matangi, and by members of the staffs of the Department of Agriculture, Research Department and the Dairy Board. ‘ The course will extend over a fortnight, starting on June 20.
