A Mrs Holt, of Manchester, who has recently passed away, went to Sunday school when she was four and attended the same school constantly for 78 years. The caller knocked at the door of the suburban villa. “Is Mr Smith in?" he asked. “Yes. he is,” replied the lady of the house. “That’s fine,” said the visitor. “Maybe I can collect the money he owes me.” Mrs Smith smiled scornfully. “You’re an optimist,” she said. “If my husband had any money he wouldn’t be in.”
