ST. LUKE’S LADIES’ GUILD. (“Times-Age” Special.) The monthly meeting of St. Luke's Ladies’ Guild was held in the Parish Hall yesterday when Mrs A. H. York presided over a good attendance of members. It was decided to change the meeting day to the first Thursday in the month commencing at 2.30 instead of 3 p.m. Preparations have been commenced for the bazaar which is to be held in November. Afternoon tea was provided by Mesdames Bums and Stevens. Pleasure was expressed by the guild at the reduction of the Vicarage debt, £lOO having been paid off. GOLF CONTEST. A Stableford contest will be played by the men, commencing at 1..15 p.m. Players will choose own partners. GREYTOWN FOOTBALL TEAM. The following will represent Greytown seniors against Carterton at Carterton on Saturday:—Bond, Brunton, Brunton, Nix, Clark, Heinz, Braggins, Stringfellow, Parker, Maddison, Fenwick, Skeet, Flutey, Hobd, Galyer, Hume (2). GREYTOWN HOCKEY PLAYERS. The following will represent Greytown in a hockey match against Wesley at Masterton:—G. Rhodes, J. Thompson, L. Strange, N. Thompson, R. Eaton, L. Brabender, W. Brown, W.
