DOMINION CAMPAIGN OF PROTEST. LAUNCHED BY KAIRANGA COUNTY COUNCIL. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., This Day. Following upon strong criticism of the rising burden of hospital rates, members contending that conferences, resolutions of protest and remits to the Counties Association had failed, the Kairanga County Council decided to launch a Dominion campaign, leading to a deputation of protest to the Government. Every county council will be circularised.
