A Warrington steeplejack awoke with a gulp in the middle of the night; he had swallowed his false teeth. He dragged out his bicycle and set off on a 3-mile dash to the infirmary. He had forgotten to light his lamp and police stopped him —but let him ride on when they heard his excuse. When he reached the hospital an operation was performed and the teeth rescued. After a rest he rode home. Woods’ Great Peppermint Cure, For Coughs and Colds, never fails. *
