CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY
MEETING OF MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE.
The committee of management met last evening when Mr Wm. Moore presided.
It w,as decided to call a meeting of members in June according to the rules and to present an audited statement of accounts and the balance sheet. Mr M. Condon and the secretary, Mr H. Franks, were appointed delegates to the conference called by the New Zealand Co-operative Wholesale Society to be held on May 29. Mr W. Rick tendered his resignation as he had been transferred to another centre. A vote of thanks was passed to Mi- Rick for his generous assistance to the Society.
