WAY TO BEAUTY
STRETCHING RECOMMENDED. Stretching is one of the most up-to-date ways to beauty. When you wake up in the morning, give yourself the luxury of a really big stretch. Oh, so good for you! Stretch, learn to relax those tight neck muscles, the greatest enemy of beauty Tenseness, tightness concentrated on the back of the neck mean headaches—wrinkles — stretching relaxes them and given the circulation a chance. Probably one of the reasons skins dry and wrinkle, scalps become taut and dry, is because, in our tense, nervous lives, we make it so hard for the circulation to get freely up to the top of us. So take a tip from the tiger . . . stretch, limber up your spine—slowly, rhythmically, stretching all your limbs out to the fullest extent (and that doesn’t mean strain).
A good stretch has been found so beneficial, as a matter of fact, that it’s got into our very garments . . all of them, from foundations to frocks . . but particularly foundations. And this year proves that stretch is as important for foundations as it is for figures.
