NEW DEADLOCK
DR. HODZA AND SUDETEN GERMANS OBJECTION TO MILITARY MEASURES. DISTURBANCES DENIED. PRAGUE, May 23. A new deadlock has arisen after the discussion of the Prime Minister, Dr Hodza, throughout today with the Sudeten Germans, who issued a communique stating that the negotiations are "useless until' the Government creates an atmosphere enabling a sensible permanent settlement. They declare that there is no justification for. military measures in the Sudeten areas and claim that the Sude-' ten Germans cannot be blamed for the situation, stating that there is not the faintest sign of disturbances in the German districts. ■
