The Stock Exchange has received advice from the Directors of New Zealand Breweries Ltd., that they have decided to recommend to shareholders, at the annual meeting on June 15, that a final dividend be paid for the year ended March 31, 1938, of 4J per cent., making 81 per cent for the year.
