SERIOUS INJURIES
CARPENTER FALLS FROM TOP OF BUILDING. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WAIHI, This Day. Charles Legram, a foreman carpenter engaged on the construction of the Academy Theatre, fell from the top storey to the concrete base, sustaining terrible facial injuries, a double fracture of the leg and general bodily injuries. A hospital report regarding his condition shows that he is holding his own.
