DEMENTED JAPANESE
KILLS 28 AND WOUNDS TWO. TOKIO, May 22. A demented Japanese, armed with a rifle, ran amok- at Okayama, and killed 28 and wounded two. He fled, pursued by police and firemen, to the mountains, where he committed suicide.
