DEPARTURE FOR LIBYA ATTENDING ARMY MANOEUVRES (Recd This Day, 1010 a.m.) SYRACUSE, May 20. King Victor Emmanuel, aboard the royal yacht Savoia, escorted by twelve warships, left for Libya to attend 11 days’ manoeuvres, in which four divisions of troops will be engaged.
