CHURCH SERVICES
The services at the Salvation Army Hall tomorrow will be conducted by Major and Mrs Mahaffie. Special addresses will be delivered by the Major in each service, which should prove timely messages. Major Mahaffie and Adjutant Hutchins, who are noted for their singing, will be heard on Sunday evening in one of their Gospel songs. All are heartily invited to these evangelistic services. The bi-centenary of John Wesley's evangelical conversion will be marked by special services tomorrow in the Methodist Churches. At the WesleyChurch. Lincoln Road, the special order of service being used by Methodists all over the world will be followed, and music appropriate to the day provided at both services. The Rev F. J. Parker will speak in the morning on the subject, “What Wesley did has to be done again," and in the evening, "The Flaming Evangel of John Wesley.” At Kuripuni. Pastor C. H. Skuse will speak in the morning on "God's guiding power in life,” and the newlyformed children's choir will feature special music. At 7 p.m.. the subject: will be: "What if my heart were strangely warmed.” an application of the great experience of Wesley to the present-day need.
