ASSOCIATION CODE TEAMS TO VISIT MASTERTON A meeting of the Wairarapa Association was held last evening, when a full attendance of members attended. • There has been considerable correspondence between the New Zealand Council and Wellington Association, with regard to games being played in the Wairarapa, and the outcome of the activities of the local association is that teams will be travelling to Masterton throughout the season. Permision has been granted by the Borough Council to use the Park Oval for the games, and the first practice game was fixed for next Saturday. Arrangements were finalised for the following games to be played at the Park Oval:—May 28, against Diamonds, June 6, against Institute Old Boys. A discussion took place as to the best means of raising money for the season, and members were asked to appeal to all supporters and those interested in the Association game, for assistance. Red Star juniors to play Greytown at Greytown (bus leaves Post Office at 1.15 p.m.):—B. Dow, V. McNab, B. Howard, E. Rochle, G. McCullough, H. Ewen. W. Brightwell, D. Clark, J. Lee, P. Miles, T. Swain, Cumerford, McKenzie, Missen, A. Amundsen, H. Eblison, M. Harmon, S. Hay, S. Patrick. The Opaki team will meet at the Post Office at 1.30 p.m. tomorrow.
