VON CRAMM APPEALING
DESPITE JUDICIAL WARNING (Recd This Day, 11.50 a.m.) LONDON, May 18. The “Daily Telegraph’s” Berlin correspondent says Von Cramm is.appealing, despite the Judge’s intimation that an appeal is as likely to lead to an increase as to a decrease of the sentence. Charged under a section of the Penal Code dealing with sexual offences,, von Cramm was convicted and sentenced to a year’s imprisonment, less two months he had already served.
